[Fixed] Removed From Club After Claiming Mayor Pass Prizes

@zereshk2001 I suggest you submit a ticket through the in game help section and explain your situation and they will investigate and respond accordingly. It sounds like you triggered an alarm (so to speak) and unfortunately earned a trip to desolation and despair in the never regions...
Your situation raises a very important point that everyone can learn from...collect your items as you go and don’t wait to earn the temporary storage increase to accommodate them. I wish a quick exodus from purgatory...good luck.

One member from my club has been removed in the middle of the war as soon as he collected Mpass rewards. We lost his valuable points towards the legendary chest in the club challenge. There are some problems with collecting Mpass rewards it’s so ridiculous. I really hope it will be fix very soon. 

The same situation here! End of mayors pass, collected an uncollected prize, removed from my club. They can't find me, I can't find my friends or club. Opened two tickets, got 0 (zero) answers. It is impossible to play more, no good items in global market, no war tasks,...

I only wasted real money and my free time. I hope someone will fix this bug. I'm really angry because I feel treated like a cheater (I read you can be removed from club only after illegal actions).

@pennuto72  I struggle with the same question myself...I would assume being in the entertainment business customer service would be a most critical element to success. After being named in back to back years as the worst company in America by Forbes they took appropriate steps to change course and have corrected many of their issues, but it doesn’t appear customer support was one of them. Farming out a critical element of your business is not always a good solution especially if you do not monitor it very closely.

Simply from a business perspective, when the world knows you’ve messed up your best course of action is to own it. Apologize as soon as you’re aware, layout a perspective time line for correcting the issue, provide regular updates on the progress and implement the corrections quickly and correctly with a high sense of urgency. Once corrected, come back and apologize again and extend true regret for your customers inconvenience and offer a small token such as 10 simcash to compensate. Unfortunately that’s not the way they do business...at least not yet.

Complete the third season of the mayors pass (premium or not) and you will be treated like a cheater.

I finished it, I collected all suspended rewards after the end of pass (I use them for COM tasks) and my city has been removed from club.

My COM was damaged because I lost the possibility to be first, I cannot do war tasks (I hate them but they are high score tasks).

I cannot search my old club and they cannot invite me again.

Now i'm on a cheater server. I opened tickets for that and no response received.

Time and real money wasted.

I'm really very angry, EA, you lost a customer. Give us an answer, we want it!

Honest players can't be treated like this.

So EA creates this reward system, but is not achivable? so they want us to play and think in the rewards but they are unreachable. Also the bad changes in COM, the dead use of this forum like EA detects issues weeks later, there is no reason to still play this game (I stopped playing 2 months ago) with minimum support, you are putting yourself in cases like this if you play a game with no support, you just can get robbed, just seeing the forum, all the same, no EA attention, no good changes, game infected with cheaters, and also rigged rewards systems. No way! this is so painful to read. This game became unacceptable, at least for me.
