Hi, I am player for game sim city build, anyone know to complete the task league competition for 'upgrade London zone'?i am still new for this game..thanks first

Seems people are having trouble with this one. 1st build the correct building (London). Now the first "upgrade" doesn't count. I do not know why, but it doesn't. You need to upgrade the same building a second time for the points. Guaranteed.
