Game blocked on War map (SimCity Buildit)

Hello EA friends!   I have a problem with my SimCity Buildit game. When I enter to Wars section the screen just freeze and nothing can be clicked.    No problem until today, because I am too earl...

I have this same problem. It's after the booster tutorial. It's just frozen with a yellow arrow bouncing on a city. I tried restarting the phone. I tried force stopping the app. I tried reinstalling the app. 

I tried using my phone data instead of WiFi.

Same issue.
