Game Center not appearing in new phone (iPhone 6s)
I played the game on my iPod and when I switched to my iPhone 6s it doesn’t bring up the buttons to log into Game Center

@BlackjackWidow After I finish the tutorial in SCBI I go into settings and there is no option to log into Game Center
@TLB_Default - Did you save your city to Game Center on the previous phone? Do you still have the old phone to check and make sure? If you do, you can always log into Facebook and save it there, too.
The only other thing I can think of is if you have a child account, you would not be able to save your city online at all (or use any of the online features). In your city, were you able to use the Global Trade HQ?
