Game crashes each time opening Capital City on IPad ios

All tips checked, everything up to date but game crashes each time I return to my Capital city, any ideas on a fix or is this a bug?

    Did you ever get a solution to this… I am dealing with this now.

    I can’t visit my capital city. I can visit Fjordy and Greenvalley but whenever I go back to my capital city, it’s crashing. Reported it already to EA three times but they can’t fix it.

    Same problem, same solution. My preferred device (Samsung Tab A with no SD card) crashes if the last exit was from the Capitol City. Also crashes after viewing most adverts there.

    My phone (Nokia c36) will load Capitol City and from there I can go to a regional city then exit the game and reload Capitol on the tablet.

    @nw7bow2fxfgq I have this happen on my android. Now, I make sure to end my game in cactus canyon region. Loads just fine and I can go to my capital from there. My fireOS tablet works fine, but crashes regularly. It is fine to "rescue" my city though in case it tries to start at my capital. Been a known issue for 2 years now on certain android devices, but I assume the same is now affecting iOS. I swear this is a tactic to get you to invest in a new device but that is difficult to prove.
