Game crashes when building roads or rail tracks. Seems to happen if a road had been demolished in that same area I want to build. Game freezes, progress does not save, & game closes. I am on a Samsung tablet. Android. Reporting bug so that it can be fixed. I've asked for help from EA chat w/no resolution except to reach out here for guidance. Please help. Thank you.

I've tried to reproduce this bug but so far I'm able to build roads on previously demolished ones. I'll make a few more attempts to see if that ends up happening to me.
Hi! Thank you for responding. Unfortunately I don't know why it's only happening to me then. I've tried numerous suggested fixes & nothing seems to work. Yes, I've tried the troubleshooting guide. My game still crashes when I try to build a section of a road or track. I'm trying to build a track to connect my 2nd island to 3rd Island on the green valley. I demolished a section of road in that same area & now I can't put it back. Game freezes or crashes.
I don't use wifi except for my own. I cleared my cache for this app. Would have no idea if another app is interfering with this one as I play this game on multiple devices, but I've been only playing this game on my tablet for a while now. The crash would still happen on my phone though. I've tried. I've tried force stopping the app, then restarting. My android does not need updating. The app does not need updating.
Everything else in the game seems fine. I can build roads or tracks in any other city I have or in a different location in the green valley island just fine. It's just that certain section that keeps crashing. Like it got built but doesn't show that there's something there so when you build again it nothing happens & the game crashes.

I have same problem in green Valley, I tried to build train tracks in new area across the River and connect it to train tracks bridge. First issue It will Force close and the progress didn't saved when i open the region, but after i tried to add train tracks multiple time the region can't open at all and it will Force close when i try to open green Valley region. I have another region and can open it with no issue. This issue happen from February so i hope you can help me how to solve the issue.
I have try to contact EA helpdesk 2 Times but no progress so far. And also I have try clear cache and reinstall the game, also I try it on emulator in pc an experience the same issue.
