game dosen't load from server
Someone had this issue? game dosen,t load after playing a bit offline, always show that popup ask ti restore the game form server but dont do, about 15 days i got this issue

unfortunally I already tried all the ways you suggested, disintalled and installed the game 3 times logged with facebook, logged with google play but nothing works, always show the popup that ask the restore the game form server but dont work, the city is stuk, if i tried to connect the game show the the message in the screenshot, i'm desperate
@ilperfidolu I’m going to assume you have checked for operating system updates and have rebooted your device, which normally addresses most problems. The advice that @never2old2game was excellent and should have addressed the issue…the next step is to contact technical support through the in game help section and report the issue. If you already have, followup with them and stay on top of it - they can and have restored cities in the past, probably not your most recent version as you played offline. Good luck.
