@ilperfidolu I’m going to assume you have checked for operating system updates and have rebooted your device, which normally addresses most problems. The advice that @never2old2game was excellent and should have addressed the issue…the next step is to contact technical support through the in game help section and report the issue. If you already have, followup with them and stay on top of it - they can and have restored cities in the past, probably not your most recent version as you played offline. Good luck.
