@sploink181 hi, welcome to the forum. You need to send a help request to Support through the in-game help feature found in Settings. Write down your player ID #, you will need it to verify your identity. Fill out the 'ticket' and send this message. Provide date & time if known, screenshots are encouraged. Explain what you could or could not do because of the error message and what you actually wanted to do. Again, screen shots are highly recommended.
You will recieve an initial canned response almost immediately, then another formulaic message a couple days later telling you absolutely nothing in as many words as possible. Resend your ticket, replying 'did you even research this? What is this? This is affecting my game play' You may get a response if anyone thinks it's worth their time to look at it.
If you want to pursue it, be patient. If it has resolved itself, it was a glitch, play on.
