Game hangs on failure to load web pages for advertisements

Still works on my old S9 but not on the 11! Problem only started about a week ago....

    Has anyone gotten a response from Support? 

    Keep sending in support requests. Keep adding details. Sounds like this might be a Samsung issue.

    Would a mod like to get involved in this?
