Game Keep Crashing

Why is my game not loading anymore? All of a sudden I can't open my game.

    I don't run iOS. On android, you just go to the settings, apps, click on SimCity, clear cache. For iOS, I am not sure if you have hat option. The uninstall and reinstall might be the best way to do it.

    Have you tried to clean app cache, restart device, clear the app data? If all else fails and you are connected to the game through game center or google play, uninstall and reinstall the app. Please play through the tuturioal, then sign in again with your information....if you choose to try the in/reinstall method.

    Yes, I have tried restarting my device. How do I clean an apps cache? I'm on iOS.

    Also the game has been working fine it just all of a sudden, after I closed it, would not open again.

    I have this issue also, on brand new s5 and had it previously on s4.
