Game Keeps Crashing…..

I have upgraded to 26.6 and made no difference. This problem has existed since before 26 existed so shows how long it has existed. I use a separate iPad for this game, specifically bought for the purpose. No other games or apps are loaded. Safari is only used when the adverts insist on using it. I have reinstalled numerous times. I am not the only player with this issue.

A significant problem that I have noticed is that this game never removes old files. Updates just continue to add new files. Over time, it slows the game because there is an enormous amount of useless files.  It does help to completely remove the game from the device to clear all old files and reinstall.  On my old phone, I discovered that the game was using multiple G’s of memory on old unnecessary files. The game does have a lot of bugs, but clearing and reinstalling does help

Vernissa​, since a standard reinstall has not resolved the issue, could you please try fully deleting the game through Settings > General > iPad Storage > [game name] > Delete App, then restart the iPad before reinstalling it? Please make sure you select Delete App rather than Offload App, as offloading may retain some local data.

This issue is still ongoing and if anything is now worse. I am convinced that messages coming through cause some of the problems together with your advert popups. I have reinstalled after deleting the game so many times and it does not help. Other members in my team are having the same issues. After months if not years now get it sorted!
