Hi,
als my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime SM-G530FZ doesn't work strarting from 23 Dicember 2015. When I try to run it (when it try to connect to your server) I receive a message that say this games no longer supported for my devices. I play with this games from 3 months.
Please resolve this issue!!!

This also happened to me. I have played the game on my LG Leon running KitKat 5.1.1 for the last 8 months and this last update has caused me not to be able to play. I have searched for a compatibility list to see what phones are compatible with the new version. Unfortunately the BILLION dollar corporation that is EA WILL NOT supply this for customers who may need to update their device anyway. So 8 months of working on a city just wasted so it can snow in the game.

It wouldn't matter if the game did show up in the play store the system requirements are not there to view. When I start the game it tells me to update and I click OK and it sends me to Google Play Store where there isn't an update button. Only the notification that "YOUR DEVICE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS VERSION".
I have sent EA support an email about the problem with my Device info but have yet to hear back from them. When I do I will post their response here because I am sure it will just be a load of BS. In my honest opinion when there are updates EA should post them with what is in the update as well as any NEW SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS! They have made BILLIONS this year and can't spend $25 to have someone spend a 1/2 hour typing out a post with what is in an update and what new requirements are necessary.
