STUCK assignment

Hello,

I am reporting a serious issue with a stuck assignment on my account.

I have a “Repair Disaster Zones” assignment permanently stuck at 0 seconds remaining.

There is no disaster zone in my city, no destroyed building, and the task cannot be completed or removed.

Important details:

• I am Level 18

• I have joined a Club

• I have restarted the game multiple times

• The assignment remains stuck and blocks all new assignments

Because of this issue:

• I cannot complete assignments

• I cannot earn rewards

• I cannot progress normally

This is especially unacceptable because I have PAID for the Mayor Pass, specifically to earn more rewards from assignments.

Due to this server-side bug, I am unable to access the content and rewards I paid for.

In other words, because of this EA system error, my paid Mayor Pass benefits are unusable, which means I paid for something I currently cannot use.

I kindly but firmly request:

• A manual removal or reset of the stuck “Repair Disaster Zones” assignment from my account

• Restoration of normal assignment functionality

This is not a gameplay mistake on my side, but a technical error that requires manual intervention.
