I can't get back my original city with Google Play cause I have an account for children cause I wasn't able to enter in the game with my age, 17. I tried to delete and download the game various times but now it always gives me the same city. How can I do?
You hv to reach a certain lvl then connect to your account in Play. Always backup your game it’s the best way to get it back.
Hi @2059710239 - You are correct that a child account can't back up their game to Googe Play, or use any of the social media options. In most countries, the adult account age is set to 13. Check the age for your country: Age Requirements for Online Access
If the age on your account is correct, it should automatically offer you the ability to age up to an adult account. See https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/aging-up-an-origin-account-to-an-adult-account/ for more details.
If you set up your account incorrectly, you will need to contact EA at https://help.ea.com/en/ They should be able to help you get it straightened out. They will probably ask for some proof of age.
