Glitched City - Unable to Login
Hello all, It appears that my city is glitched. I can't seem to log in to my city, and always get the message that I need to be online, followed by a green button saying Quit which just exits the ga...

I'm sorry to hear that you've been locked out of the city for so long. Let's try to find your way back to your citizens.
When you try to log in on your device, are you trying to log in on wifi or mobile data? Does the issue occur on both?

Thank you for your reply. The issue happens with both wifi and data and it happens on several devices. They all work with new cities however.

Are you currently playing on an Android or an iOS device? I know you mentioned that you've tried with multiple devices, so this would be the primary device you're trying to play on, if you could.

Thank you for the reply. I am using the Android platform as my main device, 8.0 Oreo to be precise. The other devices I tried were on Android 7.0 Nougat. Any tips?Thanks !
