Thank you for your reply. The issue happens with both wifi and data and it happens on several devices. They all work with new cities however.

Are you currently playing on an Android or an iOS device? I know you mentioned that you've tried with multiple devices, so this would be the primary device you're trying to play on, if you could.

Thank you for the reply. I am using the Android platform as my main device, 8.0 Oreo to be precise. The other devices I tried were on Android 7.0 Nougat. Any tips?Thanks !

Any help on this??? It's been a long time since this issue occurred and I have yet to get any help on it. I'd really like to get back to the game, and have been continuously trying to get it working. I have tried multiple devices to no avail. Still, nothing works. So the issue is clearly on EA's side. Honestly though, seeing how poor customer support is, I might just delete all my EA games accounts and quit the company altogether.

Hey there, @Tapalpa. I sincerely apologize for the wait and for not getting back to you sooner.
In this case, it may be good for SimCity BuildIt support to take a look at the account in question to make sure there's no issues on it. You can have this thread ready if you'd like to give support context for the issue.
To contact support:
- From within SimCity BuildIt, tap the Settings icon
- Tap Help and take note of the Player ID
- Tap Contact Us
They will be able to look into the details of the Player ID you submit. Please let me know how it goes for you.

However, I don't quite understand whether I am not being clear or support simply does not pay attention to details. As I've mentioned already, I cannot get into my city. How can I be expected to even get the Player ID if I CANNOT LOG IN? Player IDs change from city to city, meaning if I were to use a new one to contact them, it would be pointless, as the provided ID would not be MY LOST ID. Either way, I have already contacted support, through a user with a similar issue on a different forum. It is surprising to receive better information support in a completely unrelated place. Regardless, the Player ID is impossible to get. But thanks for the effort.
