Glitched City - Unable to Login

Hello all,

It appears that my city is glitched. I can't seem to log in to my city, and always get the message that I need to be online, followed by a green button saying Quit which just exits the game. I know this is related to my city because after I clear the cache and data of my device, I get sent to a new city, which then allows the game to run fine. It is only when I log back into my google games account and restore my original city that this error happens. Same thing happens after reinstalling the game. Does anybody else have this happening, or have had it happen before, and is there a way to fix it?

    Hi @Tapalpa,

    I believe the crashing/loading issues this time around is more than likely caused by the update on the 10th of December (see this thread). This is something the Studio will need to patch to fix and they are working on fixing it. We'll be updating that thread with news/information as soon as we can so do keep an eye on it please. If you'd like to join in, please update that thread so we can keep all information together. I can lock this thread in the meantime.
