if smart means 'just clicking on a random item in the tradecenter to see what else the person has on offer and praying you find what you need..' well thats not really smart.. if smart means 'clicking on a similar item in the tradecenter to see what else the person has on offer and praying that you find what you need..' also not smart.. if smart means joining some chat group to ask what you need.. well also not that smart..
the only thing all the above proves is that the current tradecenter solution is really crappy..
it almost looks like the original programmer has left the company, and the current programmers have no real idea how to come up with a better solution except for tweaking the server variables a bit..
