If your son is considered a minor in your country, he won't have permissions to use the Global Trade HQ unfortunately.
If you have set the age to under the minimum age required to access online services within the game for your country by mistake, don’t worry, we can get this fixed up for you.
As part of the regulations surrounding aging up accounts all you need to do is submit a valid form of ID to prove your age and we can get straight to work on that, now this process can take a few days to complete as the ID will have to be verified.
We do not store this data on our servers anywhere and it will be deleted as soon as it has been verified and the request to age up your account has been submitted to the development team.
You can send your proof of age to the following email address;
dobverification@ea.com
This email must include the following information as well as the visual Proof of Age;
Player ID: (For your current city, you can locate this within the Help section of your settings menu in game)
City Name:
City Level:
Club Name:
Once that's submitted, you need to wait for an email confirming the changes.
