Green City Challenge Bug
Utilities are not working - capacity is substantially higher than needed but game reflects utilities are not covering nearby homes.

Make sure all the roads are connected to utilities, if it’s a small break in the road , the utilities won’t get to where they are needed. Follow buildings in question all the way to the water utility and see what you see. Hope this helps.
