Changes needed

I am a long time player and have a REAL problem. I have so many items (362 different) in my Mayor’s Pass collection that it is nearly impossible to find items for usage. Could I suggest some type pf system to break items into groupings?

Also, while listing multiple items on global, after each selected item the list starts at the top of your inventory. Why not start it at where the last item just posted to global.

  • I agree with both of your suggestions. Anything to minimize scrolling would be helpful.

  • I use a shortcut to get to a particular section of Mayor's Pass (and Parks / Landscape too, where there are so many options). Go to a building that is related to what you want, store it and then place it back in your city, and your menu is then at the corresponding location.

Saves a lot of time in DC especially, where I want to place lots of buildings from a particular season or theme.

  • I would like to see more land to build upon, to use not only the ever-expanding storage of items but also the ever-expanding amount of land deeds attained from Mayors Pass etc but can never use.

  • I suggested this sometime ago, all of theses same building types put under the same type. I have over a 1000 items in storage. The mayors pass items should be placed into for instance the mountain items into mountain, train items into the trains, then theres all of the buildings, put them into landscape, gambling etc would make it so much simpler and easier to find, parks is another one too which there are some in the mayors pass, put them with parks!

    Seriously how hard is it?

Merging then in with Parks and other categories would be worse in my opinion. Parks is already overfilled with event buildings, Landscape is very busy, Entertainment had also filled up.

And splitting a season's themed buildings across multiple categories would make it harder to create themed areas (especially in DC).

Some sort of tiered menu would be best, in my view. Or a way to tag certain buildings as "favourites" to find faster, and the ability to hide stuff you just don't like.

Some good suggestions. But is anyone listening and sending this feedback back to the developers? It feels lately like the forum has been abandoned by the EA team. They haven’t commented here in a month.
