Green factory
Why i can't build green factory. I tried to find it on industrial building but it's not there. I can't produce Reusable fabric. Help me

@SkillRexO7 Have you already unlocked Green Valley region? You can build the green factory only at the Green Valley region but not at the capital city.
I think it may be in Regional , @SummitVista3310 .
