Completely dissatisfied with the 30 second refresh. It normally took an hour to find a dozer blade with refreshing every second, but now it will be impossible UNLESS you spend hundreds of your own cash buying parts to expand. Not to mention those parts are never given out in popups over your city once you reach a certain level. This is simply a greedy way for the developers to make money off players. It's a marketing scam and a poor reflection on EA. Disappointing.
I agree, 30 second time was a horrible idea, just spend 20 minutes trying to find nails with no luck. I am about to give up on this game.
