Visitor Comments

Sometimes when I buy items in the marketplace I stumble across a really really cool city that someone clearly has spent time designing. I am disappointed that I can’t send my compliments to the mayor. 

Would anyone else appreciate the ability to comment on cities we visit?

I understand the need to protect against harassment, so this is a feature a mayor should be able to disable in our game settings.
