Help getting back to main server

Question

I'm at a loss.&nbsp; 2 days ago I was wrongfully kicked out of my club and moved to the bad server.&nbsp; I reached out to EA for help and their response was :"I understand your concern but this has been confirmed by the team that your city has been modified and if you think that someone else did it then a city cannot be hacked, it's your social account which could be compromised.So, I would suggest you to secure your account and start a new city by downloading the game from a legitimate source. Unfortunately, there is no way to continue the modified city in regular server."I've checked all my accounts- none have any unusual activity or logins.&nbsp;&nbsp;As you all know, this game is a labour of time, love, dedication - I've been slowly building my city for 3+ years, am at level 80, War level 46, and com level 63.&nbsp; I've spent hundreds of dollars on com pass, vu track etc.&nbsp; So getting a "start a new city" response is really not sitting well - really not well.What modified in my city?&nbsp; My storage nearly doubled from 635 to 1175 instead of from 635 to 640 when I had collected enough cams, bars, and locks.&nbsp; I earned them, bought them then clicked the magic upgrade button and instead of 640, it jumped to 1175 and within 30 seconds I was removed from my club mid war, all my points were stripped from them for war and com and I was moved to the bad server.&nbsp; I even have the chat screen chat showing me asking for the last few items I needed, thanking them, then immediately getting booted - not good enough apparently.I've tried emailing back, no response.&nbsp; I'm so mad/sad/frustrated.&nbsp; Why would I ever start over when this could easily happen again.&nbsp; Why would I invest more time or another dime into a com or vu track when EA can just decide to shut me down.&nbsp; They must have the ability to see what happened.I appreciate any help or advice.&nbsp; I feel defeated.&nbsp; I miss my team mates, my club.&nbsp; I know it's just a game, but like many of you it's been my passion for 3+ years, and to have it taken away for a glitch on their end just seems incredibly unfair.Thanks for reading.LS

Hello @LaughinShores&nbsp;Is your city linked to Facebook, Google Play, or Game Center and does anyone (even a child) have access to any of those accounts? Does anyone (again, even a child) have access to the device you play your city on? Did you click on a link from any website, social network, or blog that offered expanded storage hints, tips, or tricks? I am only asking in an attempt to try and help you identify what may have happened.I understand the last thing you want to hear is that your city has been permanently banned, it sounds as if you've invested many hours and some real money in the game, but it has been my experience that mayors who receive the message that you've now received from support, never do return to the main server. I won't say its impossible, I've just never seen in happen.If you feel you were removed for absolutely no reason and you have the energy to write to support daily and fight, I say go for it!Unfortunately, there is no one in the forum who can assist you in having your city returned to the main server.Edit: EA did not "just decide", nor did they remove you or your city entirely from the game, they removed a modified city from the main server. That amount of storage space is unachievable in an unmodified city.&nbsp;Best of luck to you.✌

I am a member of the club from which Laughin was removed.&nbsp; An ordinary transaction between teammates seems to have started this chain of events in motion.&nbsp; Laughin is a valued member of our team and we fully expected that EA would take steps to reinstate.&nbsp; The response from support is alarming, as that means none of us have any guarantee that our cities (and the money we have spent on them) are safe in the event of a wrongful removal.

Hi! no my children don't have access to my device or any linked to my accounts, they're too young, and no I haven't ever searched or looked for ways to modify or cheat in the game.&nbsp; I'm going to keep emailing them, at least for a few weeks and hope that it gets me somewhere.&nbsp; If not I've lost all faith in investing my money with them - they need to be able to tell the difference with their logs between someone who has a glitch in their system, and someone who hacked/modified their city.&nbsp; I fully know that the current storage limit isn't possible in a regular game, but the increase occurred when I did a normal 5 space increase, with pieces I earned and/or bought in the market.&nbsp; Thanks for your reply.

Just happened to me as well, it sucks I don't know what to do, ea hasn't gotten back to me either
