Help! I lost my city on Kindle Fire after watching prize video

    Thank you Jason, and since I wrote that post, I have in fact resolved the problem by the method you advised. I am so glad that I safeguarded my city by linking it with Facebook. I hope other players take the precaution of doing this to protect their cities.

Hi @Marynuala,

If you have linked your game to Facebook/Game Center/Google Play, you should be able to recover your city by removing the app and reinstalling it. 

After the tutorial, you should get the option to log in with your account to recover your city. If you were playing on a guest account, you cannot recover your city in this way.

    Hi @Marynuala,

    Thanks for your reply! It is always recommended to link your account to save your progress. I don't know what I'd do if I lost all my progress due to a phone crash.
