[HELP] I lost my city please help

Help guys. I installed simcity on a new device, got through the usual tutorial, then logged on to fb to retrieve my previous city which was already level 25. While it was resuming, the app had a dialog box appear saying error and something about disconnection ( maybe because the wifi was unreliable ) so it said quit. After getting home, i tried to connect to fb again and it prompted me that i could load my previous city or not. So i chose to load my previous city but after it loaded, the city that i made (for the sake of the tutorial) was the one that loaded. 

I already tried: 

Uninstalling and Installing the game 3 times,

restarting my phone in between,

going through the tutorial all the time,

connecting my fb and gamecenter 

removing records from game center

logging out fb account in the app

uninstaling fb app

but still my city that loads from fb is the city that was in the tutorial!

Please help me as i invested a lot of time and effort in my city and I dont want to lose it just like that.

I do hope someone can help me with this.
