Hello i am kind of new like i was playing in the past but i returned what are those pluses on the electricty and water what does that mean in the capital city i dont have those pluses but in the other city i have those pluses what does that mean
I think you're talking about the +1 that shows up on residential buildings when you press and hold. EA reduced the service demands for every type of residential zone a while ago. I've never seen an explanation for the +1. So. It's a mystery to me, too.
When you upgrade this building it needs 1 electricty / water more.
Sorry. It means that this building needs higher electricty/water. When you open the icon for a the New building on the right side and click for example of the Sunny ilend building you can see it in the description.
I am talking about the pluses here these dont appear in the capital
