Help please: my city has been hacked & I am in limbo (on cheat server)

I have previously opened x4 cases with ea support, and have now been advised to create a topic in this forum - when I contacted EAs support via live chat...

Several months ago my city was hacked (who by I have no idea). Since then I have changed my passwords to game centre and facebook.

At the time I contacted ea support and provided screenshots of the hackers messages in chat and the contest scores which showed the hacker had a mayors contest score of -6,999,999

3-weeks ago, I was hacked again.

I went to my club building and it told me I had left the club.

When I ran a search for my club - using club name as well as the unique reference #G..... it said no club could be found.

In the Global Trade HQ, I keep seeing the same few dozen cities advertising items.

It seems that I have been put into some holding area.

I opened 4 cases via ea support - case ids: 356897, 357193, 39715061, 39737150

    Hi @abc444755523,

    I saw that you posted multiple times about this issue, sorry for not getting back to you earlier!

    Unfortunately we will not be able to assist with this through the forums. If you want further assistance, I can recommend that you submit an in-game ticket instead reaching out to us via EA Help. They will be able to investigate what happened and advise you about the possibilities.

    This is the latest response from one of the in-game tickets I created:

    "As I have already informed you that our team has already investigated your city and confirmed the unfair use of gameplay means. This is the reason no one can help you with this issue."

    I am using the game downloaded from itunes. I have not amended or tampered with the games, and have not done anything dishonest.

    I have been hacked by a third party, ea's lack of interest in their poor security of the game and washing their hands of the issue is the last straw.

    I will be deleting the game and moving on. After 9-weeks of attempting help from ea, I have decided it is an utter waste of my time.

    I am posting this for anyone in a similar situation.

    Alright, after seeing this thread I'm quite concerned that my wife's city will never be seen again by me and she wouldn't even have a clue how to play unfairly even if she wanted to. Randomly last week the got booted from her club and 2 new people showed up in her friends list but they are not in her Facebook as new friends so I have no clue what's going on, but sounds like this is a hard stop for us. We were starting to spend money weekly on the game so that's a real damn shame if they just kick people to some other server with absolutely no warning first. EA..

    @abc444755523 You just made me realized that this is exactly what happened to my city. After 5 years of being in a club, all out of the sudden I left without even knowing. When I open my city, it had a a couple of millions in cash, but not any golden or platinum key. It pissed me off that after so many years of loyalty EA basically told me to F off that I had violated the rules of the game. SimCity Builtit is the game that I have invested on the most. Now that I can talk to my old group it sucks. All the fun went away.

    Hi @ajhenquez - Did you get a notice from EA/SimCity BuildIt about violating the User Agreement of the game? If you were banned or suspended, check your email for information from EA or your account Case History  You can contact EA if you feel the ban was a mistake: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    If you feel your account or game has been hacked, please take steps to secure it immediately. 

    There could be other reasons you were kicked from your club, other than a ban. If you have access to your game and are not on the cheater server, you may want to reach out to your former club members to see if they have any insight.
