I’m at level 32, have Neomall, 1 Omega house and all the government buildings to support this, however when i try to add another Omega house I get the message “Can’t create more Omega Zones!! Please complete the Cities of Tomorrow Tutorial flow first”.
Where do I complete this? As I said all the above items are already in my city and I don’t recall doing this tutorial at all, but how do I complete it now?
Please help.
@Kimaree63 So you already build the Neomall and 1 omega houses and omega related service (control net and drone)?
If you already have all the buildings above, you seem already watched the tutorial from future city advisor.
Any chance you already have 3 undeveloped residential zone in your city? That might be blocking you to build a new omega house.

I still can't build more than one omega zones, i have all the required buildings.
I encountered the same issue. I added a drone and that solved that issue.
You need to spend 7000 simcoins to start omega material processing in omega lab to further progress in the tutorial
