More Services Needed...????

I just went into my cities with this new upgrade. To my Horror I'm finding that my Omega buildings need more control nets and in my regions I need more regional coverage. I have made no changes in either of these areas since I FIXED the mess Services 2.0 created. What the heck is going on? Only change is the NEW Mass Trans Hqtrs. What did you do to us this time EA?

got the same thing as you. seems like they added it so every couple weeks you will have to spend more money until you run out of space and delete more buildings to fix your city. when i logged in this am it was for the last time.
