houses in sunny isles say too much noise pollution

I have tried moving all the services away but it still says there’s too much noise pollution from trucks in the bubbles above the houses

check the area near the coconut farm. it has a dirty area. (check the Industrial building icon on the right) don't put any house within it effected area.
