There will be the season exchange where you can swap the seasonal items for season currency.
Do you cargo cars for your train don’t know if you can dispatch them as I think you might be to low lvl
Can't you use them to make other items rather than trying to sell them? When you say fruit, are you talking about the seasonal olives?
Are you referring to Fruit and Berries which shows up as a watermelon slice?
They can be traded, but you'd be better off using them to make something else like Green Smoothies or Frozen Yogurt.
