I’ve been stuck on 99% for years on my main city, other regions are at 100% I’ve never been able work out why. Any ideas?
I have plenty of everything and all buildings are covered by all utilities.

There was an update a few hours ago so hopefully they fixed the bug. I opted to get rid of my offending bridges and replace them with a couple of railway stations which were missing from my main city.
I have main and 3 regions happy but my fourth is 99% since a year now. How can you see the,happyness in a region? I cant find the problem. I read back but there shod be a way to see
Sims in fully upgraded buildings want to live near a park. Make sure all your buildings are covered by parks! No park coverage might cause unhappiness.
