How do I get saved city linked to Facebook back on Simcity Buildit??

I played Simcity Buildit, linked it to my Facebook, deleted my account, downloaded it again and want to get my data back. When started Simcity Buildit it didn't seem to give me my old data back. I'm ...

1. Start the Game

2. Follow the tutorial, as if you are building a new city (the settings and connect buttons on the top left are invisible until now)

3. Keep following the tutorial, until the lady in the tutorial tells you, :"You are ready to go on your own".

4.Now, you have the connect or friends button visible on the top left.

5.Connect using FB or Google, and you will be prompted to download your old city.
