How do you add neighbors?
I don't want to go through facebook to get neighbors. How can I add them without facebook?

You can add friends by using Facebook, game center or google play.
Mine doesn't seem to work. I have added my buddy to google plus and I can't see him. For some reason, he can see my city... Any suggestions?
I had to take all my friends off my google+ and make a Facebook account because I could never see my friends. Even after changing settings in google+ it never worked for me.
