How do you report cheaters?

How do you report cheaters? This guy in 1h comes from nothing to this score.  Also, 12k pop in lvl 27?? Me spending 6h in the mayors challenge,and this guy get first just cheating. Kind of unfair....

    @ersalva2  In your city screen click on the crossed wrench / screwdriver logo found on the upper right hand side directly below the simcash total. Select the green help tab and a screen labeled frequently asked questions will pop up.
    Select the middle blue button labeled report a player...make sure you jot down your player id no. at the left hand bottom of the page as you will need it filling out your report. Once you have pushed on the report a player button you will be transferred to the submit a request form...page down until you see report a player and follow the instructions.

    I definitely understand your frustration but unfortunately EA has a “name and shame” policy (which I will refrain from expressing my opinion on in this post) and they will probably remove your attachments here...but make sure you include them with your report. Good luck.

That is so ptsplainly obvious. 100,000 more pts than the next player? If they had made it say, 20,000 pts, it would have been more believable.

    This week it's even worse. He made 147000 points, in just a couple of hours...
    EA didn't help out. So for the next week, I'm gonna have to lvl up to 28, as I don't wanna see that "player" any more.

      Just my opinion,  but I think it's worth reporting this player again with as much detail as you can possibly give.

      In addition to the information you shared before, especially with one of the first images, you may want to also try and include their Club ID#, War Rank, War Cards, number of Monsters chased away, etc. I know these things may not seem relevant,  but they may help the support team in identifying this player so that they can review their game play.

      I have no way of knowing if they're cheating or not but support does.

      Cheaters and hackers don't always get banned upon first report, sometimes the team is simply overwhelmed with reports and other times they just need a bit more information. 

      Try not to get discouraged.

        Thanks for your help and support.
        I already reported him for second time.
        He doesn't have a war club, or does war demage.
        He doesn't purchase the "battle pass" either.
        So, we'll see what happend.
