How long does it take to upgrade the specialty zone buildings?
How long does it take to fully upgrade a building in Tokyo Town (or Paris and London, for that matter)? I feel like I've done a hundred rounds of it and still the little yellow construction hats keep appearing. It's been a few months since I first built my zone, and I'm not able to get to it everyday, but I check it enough that I feel like I should be done by now.
