How to add neighborhood without facebook?

well, i would love to have more ingame "freinds" but, in order to do that, i have to add them from my facebook page, is there another way?

I am on Android. I am signed in on Google Play and on Facebook. It still won't let me have any friends.

Yes, Facebook only allows you one account t per email, but you can always get another email account. 

I am on android also, I tried the google thing....it don't seem to work for showing friends. As for Facebook, if your friends are not paying the game, you should not see them in the app. I have not added my Facebook to the app, as I don't really use my Facebook for anything.

    I set up a new email just for this. Then set up a new FB account based on that email, just for this. And just started friending people who are asking for people to add them on an early thread.

    Now I have friends! I am happy!
