This is an awful update that totally lacks any consideration for those whose cities worked perfectly before it was forced upon players.
Being forced to demolish and redesign city areas, of which some have taken a lot of time patience and money to build, it’s totally unacceptable. I’m at level 99 with the population of over 10 million and I’m about to quit the game, or at least take several months off.
Sam here I literally still haven’t found a solution but won’t delete my city, the game has no fun anymore. I want to expand, not experiment.
