How to bulldoze powerplant?

I just got BuildIt and so far am enjoying it.  But how do you bulldoze a building?  Specifically I want to bulldoze a powerplant so I can go from coal to wind power?

    Found this one too.  I was looking for a bulldozer icon on the building info box when I pressed and held on the powerplant.  I need to remember to look around the screen to see what icons have changed when I do something.
