Hi. How can i earn fin simoleons wirhot upgrate buildings?

1) Upgrading buildings
2) Collecting taxes from your City Hall.
3) Selling items in the Global Market
4) Selling items to computer residents of your city (but be careful - sometimes they give more, and others they give less than the Global Market.)

my Tax rate is at 20%
Total population at 60000
Daily Income at 10000 in 24H
yet when i click on the Tax Collection due, I just get 150-300 tokens max.
Can you please help me on this?
