I accidentally deleted my game on android, could I get my city back?

I accidentally deleted my game on android, and I didn't login with google or facebook, but I did download the game from google play with my google account logged in, and I know EA have my city in the...

@CoREse Actually your city is only stored if you log in with a social account. If you play offline (don't log in) then your game data is only stored only our device and if you delete data the city is lost.
