Requesting items that are not available

This game is getting worse every day lately. I’ve been playing since the start, but I’m beginning to hate this game. Cactus canyon is the one region that I haven’t unlocked yet. So why are there requests for items from that region? This shouldn’t be happening. I have no access to those items. Instead of making changes to the game, the developers need to focus on fixing all of the current problems.
