I can no longer earn epic points!

I can no longer earn epic points! Can someone tell me why? I have 137 epic buildings but I'm never offered a chance to collect epic points. It sucks during a mayors contest, like the one I'm in now w...

First thought is:

Do you have 1 or more fully upgraded regular residential buildings?

I have over 400 fully upgraded buildings of which 137 are epic buildings but it in longer offers me an opportunity to earn epic points or get more epic buildings

    You can’t epic building types like London, Paris and Tokyo. Is that all you have left is those types?

      I'm confused. That's where the 137 epic buildings came from...London, Paris and Tokyo   What am I missing? What other buildings can you make epic?

        As Modern Thinker stated below regular residential buildings - the very 1st type you built. MT was analyzing the situation and that’s the correct first question. Good luck, sounds like you have an impressive city.
