I didn't get reward after purchase

First thing: restart the game. If that doesn't fix it, get help in-game by clicking the gear icon in the upper right, click the help button, then click customer service. You'll see an article called Where are my rewards. There's a Chat with us button that should connect you to support. Good luck.
