I need to re-place my Maxis HQ, but I can’t restore it! Help!

I placed the Maxis HQ award in an expansion area I don’t want it to be.  I assumed I could pick it back up so I could place in my main city where it will have the most coverage.  Can you please place the Maxis HQ back in my inventory so I can use it properly?  Please! Thank You!
