I stored an item, but now I can't find it my queue/storage at all. Help?

My capitol map is completely full, so in order to try/test a new item I often have to put an old item into storage temporarily. I recently put my swimming pool into storage, and now I cannot find it anywhere. :-O

This is very frustrating. There are so many seasonal/limited items & contest rewards that I've won during various challenges that I wish I could delete altogether. But my swimming pool was NOT one of them. Furthermore, I know I had to purchase the pool with SIMoleons/SIM Cash when I initially bought it, so now I'm out the cost of the item as well.  

Please advise as to how to regain my swimming pool..

  • Riqsay. You need to open a ticket with tech support. You can access it through your game in the settings panel. They usually respond in  about 24 hrs. Be prepared to have to explain the situation more than once. Honestly, I think they are trained to avoid answering questions or actually helping people. You will need to explain what happened (be very specific], take screen shots of the entire queue where it should be, try to remember date and time it happened, and include your player I'd. They can investigate your game history but it will take at least a week to do that. Follow up with the tech every couple of days so your request doesn't get lost. They will try to explain it away at first so don't give up. You will have to ask them to investigate your game history. Hope this helps.
