I Want to Block [Mayors] Cities

I like visiting other mayors' cities to see what interesting ways they may be managing them, but I tire of stumbling across the juvenile attitudes of players who think drawings of genitalia and the use of obscene language as a city name is "cool".  I don't care to report them because EA's method for doing so is very 1999.  The fact that you have to leave the game and fill in information that you have to transfer from the game is just, unintelligent.  Let me police my own travels, EA...  Just give me an option when visiting another city to tap on the player's avatar and choose to block them from ever appearing in my GTHQ ads ever again.  As if the Global Trade market wasn't bad enough, I have to suffer these idiots too?
